Overview
The HS 1000-X combines a conventional piezoelectric channel, an electromagnetic shear/longitudinal-wave channel and an electromagnetic guided-wave channel. It measures residual and applied stresses in sound-transmitting materials and supports preload assessment in bolted structural connections.
Built-in acoustoelastic data for common materials reduce setup time for installation, in-service and online inspections in bridge, energy and industrial applications.
